At the heart of the new Princes Park estate is the
stadium - a fantastic new home for Dartford Football Club.
After fourteen years of exile and ground sharing, the Darts
are finally coming home!
Princes
Park is a new kind of football stadium - designed with
families and community in mind and delivering first-class
facilities to the club, players and supporters.
With a total capacity of just over 4,000, Princes Park is
designed to provide a home for The Darts right up to
Conference Level football.
The ground has its own dedicated Fastrack stop and is only a
short walk from Dartford Town Centre so local fans will be
able to leave the car at home. Supporters arriving by train
can take the ten-minute walk across Central Park. Once
you've arrived at Princes Park we've worked hard to provide
a fantastic match-day experience. The Clubhouse is home not
only to The Darts administration and changing areas
but also the Club shop, bar and quality matchday dining.
The terraces are fully covered by an innovative green
'living roof' designed by architects Alexander Sedgely which
provide a dramatic backdrop to the action. A terrace walkway
right around the ground makes access easy for everyone,
including those in wheelchairs. At Princes Park disabled
supporters can choose their favourite viewing position
around the Ground.
After fourteen years in exile, Dartford's Conservative
Borough Council is bringing the Darts home in style.
